4. Course Enrollment and Access

• License: Upon payment, MJS Defence Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Duration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the course page, access to exam-specific courses is granted until the date of the next immediate competitive examination associated with the course (e.g., NDA I/II, CDS I/II) or for a period of one year from the date of purchase, whichever duration is shorter, to ensure timely preparation.

• Technical Requirements: You are responsible for having the necessary internet connectivity and compatible devices to utilize the courses.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: The Service, including all course materials, video lectures, mock tests, notes, graphics, and underlying software (“Course Content”), are owned by MJS Defence Academy or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Prohibited Actions: You must not reproduce, record, screenshot, distribute, or create derivative works from the Course Content. Any attempt to pirate or redistribute the content will result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

• Refund Policy: MJS Defence Academy adheres to the following refund policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the user has not viewed or consumed more than 10% of the video content or downloaded more than two PDFs/notes associated with the course. After 7 days or exceeding the 10% consumption threshold, no refunds will be issued.
